Return & Exchange Policy

Tony & Nola can only accept the returns and exchanges of items purchased through our official website.

1. To return and item send an email to returns@tonyandnola.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. All items must be returned within 30 days of arriving at the shipping address.

3. Once your item is received and inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

4. Items used or marked as final sale, and free gifts or promotional items with retail value cannot be returned.

5. Original shipping cost paid is non-refundable.

6. If for some reason we sent you the wrong item, or your product has a manufacturer defect, once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. You will need to send the original item back to us within 10 days from the date you received the return label. Please note that the product must be unused and unwashed.

7. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been received and processed.

8. Exchanges can be approved when the buyer purchases the wrong size, provided that the items have all original tags and labels and have not been used nor washed. Under this circumstances the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to our store.
